 Ministry to students at Parkwood falls under the ministry name, MOSAIC YOUTH.
At Mosaic Youth, we believe that every life matters; that every life is created by God and called to a specific and incredible purpose.
Much like a mosaic of stone that comes together to form a work of art, we as Mosaic Youth all play a part in God’s picture. We are His hands! We are His feet! And together we will make our beautiful portrait to God!
There are two components to our department: MOSAIC Jr High, grades 5 - 8 (formerly Anthem) and MOSAIC Sr. High, Grades 9-12, including FORUMS and AWAKEN.
Each department has varied programs to meet the needs of those who attend. Our goal is to see students of every age so deeply affected by a relevant relationship with God that their lives leave a profound mark on the planet.
Our hope is that the name of Jesus would be made famous by our lives and that the students would discover the richness that living for God brings to a life.
We are proud that so many students make a significant contribution to our church, community and the world around us. We are excited to see that many of our students are moving toward taking significant roles in ministry as they grow in their walk with God.
MOSAIC JR. HIGH (formerly Athem):
is our Junior High Youth Program for kids in grades 5-8. Meet every Sunday in the gym after the worship time and on Wednesdays at 7:00 PM in the gym. During the summer months we have various activities planned, some of which are outside the church. Check the MOSAIC Events Calendar for special youth events.
MOSAIC SR. HIGH (Formerly ACCESS 180°) Grades 9-12:
Meet every Friday in the Fitch Chapel at 7:00 PM. We come together to learn, grow and take part in the active Kingdom of God.
FORUMS (Formerly M-GRUPS) Grades 9-12: Meet throughout the week in various homes around the city. Weekly small groups and monthly community outreach opportunities.
AWAKEN (New for girls) Grades 9-12
